    Hi Melissa, Good luck with your surgery in Jan 10, I had mine in Jul 06 and I am insured by Defence Health, my out of pocket expensese were about $ 3000. A price that is well worth it. I have lost about 40 kg, I have had my ups and downs but having the Lap Band operation was the best decision I have ever made.
