    (second part)ever had before. I also changed my life spiritually! Walking closer to God than ever before, I have a new clarity. I feel healthier too. I just started to a new Gym in town, I was sore to start, but I am getting use to it. I walked a mile three times a week to build up to the Gym experience. Now I am down 51 lbs.:thumbup:
