insurance won't, then say two years later you have to have surgery to repair or fix or remove the lap band, will your insurance pay for that, if it's an emergency say?

surgery it is almost next to impossible to get insurance coverage? Say you self paid for lap band and then a couple of years down the road you try to get medical insurance, will the lap band make it extremely difficult?

with a BMI of 33 and 3 co-existing morbidities?

My PCP is actually an ARNP. Yes, she works under a physician but I've never seen him. Should my PCP letter come from this ARNP, the physician she works under, or find another new one or use my OBGYN. Does anyone have a suggestion?
