  1. Hi all I'm new here and I've read some interesting and helpful posts, but not quite what I was wondering about. 1. What are PB's? 2. Where do you get those ticker tapes? In discussion with my doctor, it seems that currently my fill is about right - a hard thing for me to be sure of since every day even some of the same foods seem to react differently. Some days things don't stay down, and I'm worried about my band slipping. If anyone has had it happen - do you feel it? Or how do you know? Has anyone else found that the foods we should be eating tend not to go down as easily as the foods we should be avoiding. What a pain.
  2. I have heard that too much Vitamin A can cause hair loss - any chance you're over supplementing?
