Did you ever come up with a solution to this question. I am on my last 30 lbs or so and too have plateaued. Thanks for the help.

actually it doesn't suck, it BLOWS... IT will get better. You will learn to be cautious for awhile. You will get used to it... Hang in there, or should i say dont hang in there, but slide on in there.

That makes me feel better because that is exactly what i have been going through. how much water are you drinking a day?

I did for about 8 weeks then it started back I just had to keep drinking that water and mine also was around 230 or 240

Did you ever go through a plateau? I have been hovering around 240 ish for going on about 5 to 7 weeks. If so, what did you do about it?

Dr. Marvin did my band.....I absolutly looove him....my progress has been slower then alot of posters b/c he believes in slower fills but in the end i believe this is going to help me be more successful....
