its weird. today i have had 1 - 4oz yogurt. That was my dinner. Lunch was a half cup of cottage cheese with about 1/4 cup of apple sauce. I am just not hungry. Never really experienced that before.

did you get banded today. The reason I ask is because i did. If so how are you feeling, cause I am doing fairly well, with the exception of feeling that I got hit in the gut a couple of times.
