In the Gym 6 days Post Op. My wife is cracking the whip! (She's on the treadmill behind me on the pic). I weighed myself at the gym. I'm at 334. I'm down 19 pounds! 19 pounds Gone For Ever!

Just got my band yesterday July 2nd! I'm back home resting nicely. I am not to sore, but the trapped gas in my body has been painful. It helped to walk around a little bit and to take some Tums. Good luck to the other July bandsters! Lets do this together! Danny
