Well I got my exceptance letter today. unfortunally I have to wait @ least 2 weeks to have the full $ 300.00. This is going to b my Anniversary/Christmas gift to my self:thumbup:. Cant wait to get started. Good luck Floridainohio!:Yawn:

Went to the seminar last night.. Really like Dr. Choban. filled out & sent in my package now have to wait for there exceptance letter.:seeya: I will probally go with Dr. Miller only b/c I can do my check ups @ Mt carmel East which is a lot closer for me. Anybody have any Info on him they would like to share with me?

Well let me stat by giving you some personal Information. I am 5'5 weighed in @ the Dr's Wednesday @ 260 lbs. My BMI is 43.26 About a month ago I had to b put on hydrochlorothiazide for my blood pressure. For Months now I have been doing a lot of researching on the LAP-BAND®®. On September the 19 Th I signed up for my free Educational Seminar. This is a big step for me. I go to my seminar on the 21 St Of October. I guess after this seminar they hand out the main package to get everything started. I talked to my Doctor about it & he said after I attended the seminar If that is what I choice to do he will help me get it started. I have did things in advance to help thing go faster for me. for instance, I have contacted my Insurance & the after I pay a $150 deductible it they cove it 90% . So it should be affordable. I have got letters fro the Gym where I have had my membership @ for Years, Also From Physician weight Lost where I did there program for 2 yrs. So Here I am 2 days (October St 2009) till the seminar & Hoping for the best! Thanks Becky

We have 2 grandson & another grand baby on the way hoping for a Girl. We have 3 dogs & 2 rabbits(kids 4-h Projects). I do Daycare out of my home. Enjoy spending time with the family. I like about any kid of music really depends on my mood. Don't read a lot of books. TV I guess I am one of those reality junkies(Big Bother, Biggest Loser, Real World ..etc). I was wonder if any one has Anthem blue cross/blue shield (OH) as their Ins. Company & if so what all did they require you to do be you was approved. How long did it rp get approved?

Just wanted to stop in & ask a few questions hoping no one minds. I am in the progress of getting my journey started with the lap band. I was told I had to go to a seminar before I could start this journey. I actually go Oct. 21st for my 1st seminar. Can any one giving me information on what to expect out of this seminar. Do you actually get to talk to the Dr’s? When or where do you get your package of papers to start filling out.
