After trying like so many others different diets. I heard about the lapband. Did my homework and went to the seminars. Meet with Dr. Smith and set the appointment. It has been over a 1yr and a half. I had lost 60 lbs and then started to throw up and had some fluid taken out. Now I have gained 10lbs in a little over a month. It is so hard to look at yourself after all that you have gone thru to lose weight and now I have to start again. But, I know I have to JUST DO IT.
