  1. I was banded 11/23. It took two days for the gas pains to get better. I do feel less sore but I still need my pain meds. My left shoulder hurts too but it get's better every day. One day at a time and we'll both be up and running before you know it.
  2. I had my surgery yesterday the 23rd. Everything went ok except for a reaction to the drugs. I had a lot of dry heaving which made my stomach hurt more. Today the dry heaves are gone. Thankfully! I have gas pains in my chest but they said it would go away. I am looking forward to that! I didn't have to do any barium test before leaving. I hope that wasn't an oversight. LOL I'm glad it's over and I'm looking forward to a new me.
