Hello bandsters, I have gaven up on the band. I have not gain any weight or lost any weight after my last fill. I tell people the only thing that it has done is maintain my current weight. (211lbs) I went to a general surgeon for other health issuse. And he said I have not had the right amount of fills. I would love to get under 200 lbs. I need help!!! I know I have to get a fill but the qustion is what do I do next??? please help!!!

Just movied to Colorado, from Texas. Living in Whitewater hualing water. Just thought I would say hi and ask if there is a fill doctor around here. I have been banded for a year, and only had 2 fills its time for another. Thanks Stacey

I am sorry to say this but do you think by any chance he is steping out? When my hubby was steping out and seeing someone elsa he was a differnt person. he was ugle, hatful, rude, I cant tell you all the stuff he was. hewould find stuff to bitch about. and if he could not find any thing he would make something up. like ask about how much money we had in the bank( that all was caused a fight). Anyway what I am trying to say is sometimes its not you it is them and no one should put up with that. life is way to short for ugleness. IT all comes out one way or the other. and it will work out. But I was not taken his crap that he was dealing. GOOD LUCK

Hey, I am a lower BMI I started out at 36.7. I have not lost much just about 25 pounds. I am a slow loser. ITs nice to have this. I am glad I saw it. I try to walk 2 miles a day. I do it a least 3 times a week. I eat what I wont. Untill now. I will do better and eat the bandster way. I do eat out of boradom. And I like good food. Girls, The last year was a bad year for my hubby and me.(for me that is ) Being that he was stepping out for the last 9 months and then leaveing me for the other woman.(I Know that there was something up with him ask all the time if he was, very ugle at the time he was) He came back 2 days later. We have 2 kids But I dont think he was in his right mind.(MORE TO THE STORY) Anyway he has always said things about how big I was or why I cant lose weight or just stop eatting. HE sometimes is not the nicest person. But I do love him. He Kissed my ass for some time now. and I got the lap band. I have lost maybe 25 pounds not great but its going slowly. and he too ask whats going on? how much have you lost. what is your weight. He does drive me cazy!! he thinks we where scamed with the lap band. but like him I think I woke up one day and was 80 pounds havier and I should wake up skin. He also use to ask me when I lost all my weight will I leave him. But anyway. You should always talk to your Hubby about what is going on. Men are crazy I dont think I know one that is sane. They are never happy. And I am sure Men say that about Woman. We are in a much better place then we where. Good luck

I am sorry, But the bands are differnt on everone. I have a 4cc band and I just had my 2 fill and I still have no restriction. Ya it would be great to do are on fills it would save time and money in my case. but its not a good idea. You should be very careful. GOOD LUCK

I was banded by Dr. Rod. 9-18-2006. I would do it all over again there. Dr. Rod is nice and so is the staff at the hospital. the do not speak english but they know what you are talking about when you say things like pain. I was there with to other people getting banded. I think they also had a very good exp. Mary are you from San Antion?

Had my 2 fill today. I was just wonted to see if anyone has had there fill doctor say they could only put this much in at a time? Like she was going off a guide line when it comes to fills.

I paid 7,000 and fill great.
