  1. I fly often and had never had any problems with my band. Bring your own snacks/food for the plane ride. My last trip I brought several Chike protein bottles in my carry-on. They are sealed plastic bottles pre-filled with protein powder. You just add water to the fill line and shake. I've done this before and had no issues, but this trip at the TSA security check they opened my bag and at first told me I was not allowed to bring them through security. I politely questioned "why not" since they have no liquid, only powder, in them. The agent took every bottle out and examined it and then swabbed my bag for explosives! They let me through with the protein powder bottles, but it made for quite an experience! LuLu
