All aboard girl, I would like to join you on this journey too. I have struggled with this weight for most part of my life and It's now or never to make a change. Right now I'm at my biggest at 360lbs pre- opt. I know if I don't do something now I will be 400lbs before long. My prayers are with you. Please pray for me too.

Thank you Vmack2001, for your comment on the blog. I will try to do everything the doc says because I heard if you throw up a lot your band could slip. Thats another thing I'm affraid of. Congratulations on you 38lb weight loss. I would like to be your friend.

Thank you for the encouragement on the blog. I feel that if I don't do something now I would be 400# by this time next year too. It is easy putting on the pounds but girl is it a struggle getting them off. That is why I need this band to help me end this battle. Thank you again and good luck.

Hi grnis2, thank you so much for answering my blog. I needed the info. I was originally scheduled for the surgery Oct 7th too. It has been rescheduled to Nov 11th. The reason why it was changed is because I am flying to Las Vegas Oct 21. The Doc said it would be to risky to do the surgery two weeks before my trip because I might have complications.
