    Hey guys, I am new to this site. I have been overweight for a long time and a physicians asst friend of mine suggested the lap band. I am going to one of the seminar deals on Wednesday but I had a few questions before then. So you get the surgery and you lose all kinds of weight. What happens when you reach your ideal weight? Do they have to remove the band or do you have to live your entire life eating super small portions? Thanks all, I am sure that I will have many more questions.
