Banded 9-29! Just Made it in the Group! Feeling a little sore but, feeling good!!! Started my Pre-op diet Sept. 2 and I'm 40# down. I feel like I got a Running Start.:thumbup: Good Luck Guys!!!

Hello Shawn, Thanks for the comments. I know you will do great once you are banded, It was just the tool I needed to keep my in check. Trust me I still have my bad days, but I keep them in check. I feel better than I have in a really long time ,and can not wait to get to my goal weight, which I am getting closer to every day. Keep my updated with you progress, and GOOD LUCK
