  1. B 2 slices deli turkey breast, LF swiss slice, 2tbs humus L ¼ humus, bite of chicken a few cucumber and tomato slices and pita chips S skinny cow truffle bar 100 cal D 2 slices deli turkey breast, LF swiss slice, 3 pepperonis some yellow peppers and tinny dab of mayo S hummmm I think a light laughing cow cheese and a cracker I’m pretty new at this still and I’m getting to a point where I’m starting to feel hungry every 3-4 hours or so and it’s kind of worrying me a bit. I’m loosing but, just wondering if this is how it is for others? I’ve had two fills 4 cc total. I got the second fill even though I had restriction hoping that it would help hold me over for a longer period of time, It did for a few weeks and then back to eating more often. Just wondering if in your guys experiences if eating every few hours is normal or if maybe I need a fill??

  5. I agree with consulting your doctor for diet ideas and help. I also think…well for me anyways that this is a great place to get meal ideas but, we are all very different when it comes to what we can eat, what stays down, and what works the best for our weight loss. It’s hard to compare yourself in a group with such a wide range of ages, life styles, and medical issues. As for me I eat my protein first then veggies like your doc recommended to you. I eat some carbs but, I don’t really stress to much about them. I know that pasta, bread, and tortillas are too sticky for me but I can have small amounts of rice, crackers or pita/corn chips every now and then. Wishing you good luck! B half a mini crustless quiche L other half of quiche and 2 whole wheat crackers with a wedge of LF laughing cow cheese S ¼ cup fresh cherries and 4 coco roosted almonds D 4 oz pork chop two bites of rice

  7. Hey, just wanted to check in with everyone and I'm glad to see how well everyone is doing!!! So for me I'm down 60 lbs as of today...it's unreal to me!! I cant to be in the 100's again. My 5 year old son was asking why I couldn't eat the same cheese bagel he was eating for breakfast and I told him because of my surgery, I eat different things now and he said " so that’s why your stomach is all shrunk up now" It was the funniest thing!! Good luck to everyone!!!!
  8. Thanks sounds delicious!!! Is there a box mix? I wonder if you could add Protein?
  9. B 2 eggs L 5 blue corn chips with about ½ cup shrimp, lemon and, cucumber and a tbs of humus S 1/4 cup coco roosted almonds D 1/4 cup salad with a few green olives, feta cheese, tbs humus and a few shrimp. I was dying for something sweet the other day and found this brownie mix at trader joes…. no pudge fudge brownies http://www.nopudge.com/. They are fat free and 110 calories…for me I’ll gladly take the extra 10 cal over the 100 cal Cookies packs that taste like cardboard. So anyways you make them with yogurt, so I used fat free Greek and added two scoops of chocolate Protein powder. SO yummy!!! and with the add ins about 10 grams of protein a square. Just thought I would share.

  12. I think your calf will be ok. The skin there stays tight most of the time and I don't think it will change with weight loss. I don't have any ink on my legs but with the weight I've lost so far all my work still looks the same.
  13. Dr. Irani is my doctor. He did my surgery on March 17 09. I really like him. He's relaxed and very understanding. I didn't really see him after my consult again until right before they put me under and then not again until my one week check. I was told that’s how he normally is but, I could have seen him in his office before my band again if I wanted but, that he didn't require it. It's seems that after your band is when you spend more time with him, for fills and check ups. As far as the office staff and insurance.... I'm not sure if you have been in for a consult or not but, they will tell if you do go, you have to pay the doctor’s fee up front of $3,400 and then they will bill your insurance for you and have the insurance company pay you back directly at whatever the % they pay. For me it was kinda a pain, I paid the money up front and for nearly two months I kept wondering where my claim check was and finaly relized that they never sumited it. I spooke to them and the insurance and found out that they wern't sumiting the claim properly....so to make a long story short I didn't it myself in 10 min from my home computer and got it in a few weeks. So I would strongly recommend just mailing the claim in yourself. Most insurance you can print the forms off there web site.
