  7. Yeah Columbia is great! my son was in mrs. uhls class. My surgery was march 17 09, so just about four months ago and I've lose 69 lbs so far and have about 48ish to go. Being over half way is awesome but, it's starting to slow down now... a fill soon for sure! Good luck to you and you friend and have a great vacation! Let me know how the fill goes.

  9. Hey sorry… been busy lately. No, I’m not a cash patient. Maybe cash patients get a bit of a discount. I’ve had two fills so far 2cc each. I had my second one sooner then he planed for but, I was hungry every few hours. I don’t really think I’ve gotten to a sweet spot yet, I still find myself wanting to snack but, I’m trying to hold out another month or so.

    I love the Fruitvale district!! My son will be in the first grade at Columbia in the fall. We’ve started looking for a house this summer and I think my realtor hates me cause I won’t look at anything out of the district. Well I hope your doing well!!

B 2 slices deli turkey breast, LF swiss slice, 2tbs humus L ¼ humus, bite of chicken a few cucumber and tomato slices and pita chips S skinny cow truffle bar 100 cal D 2 slices deli turkey breast, LF swiss slice, 3 pepperonis some yellow peppers and tinny dab of mayo S hummmm I think a light laughing cow cheese and a cracker I’m pretty new at this still and I’m getting to a point where I’m starting to feel hungry every 3-4 hours or so and it’s kind of worrying me a bit. I’m loosing but, just wondering if this is how it is for others? I’ve had two fills 4 cc total. I got the second fill even though I had restriction hoping that it would help hold me over for a longer period of time, It did for a few weeks and then back to eating more often. Just wondering if in your guys experiences if eating every few hours is normal or if maybe I need a fill??

I’m hungry today yikes! :thumbup: And 30 min of Wii active

  17. he was but not anymore thats why we're able to move back. i'm really glad we were able to at least I can say I had one white christmas... Yeah it does seem to be alot ok skinny people here I hate it but, like you said we'll fit in soon enough!

  19. I agree with consulting your doctor for diet ideas and help. I also think…well for me anyways that this is a great place to get meal ideas but, we are all very different when it comes to what we can eat, what stays down, and what works the best for our weight loss. It’s hard to compare yourself in a group with such a wide range of ages, life styles, and medical issues. As for me I eat my protein first then veggies like your doc recommended to you. I eat some carbs but, I don’t really stress to much about them. I know that pasta, bread, and tortillas are too sticky for me but I can have small amounts of rice, crackers or pita/corn chips every now and then. Wishing you good luck!     Lucky Losers Friday Weigh-in 5/15/09

    Hey, just wanted to check in with everyone and I'm glad to see how well everyone is doing!!! So for me I'm down 60 lbs as of today...it's unreal to me!! I cant to be in the 100's again. My 5 year old son was asking why I couldn't eat the same cheese bagel he was eating for breakfast and I told him because of my surgery, I eat different things now and he said " so that’s why your stomach is all shrunk up now" It was the funniest thing!! Good luck to everyone!!!!

B 2 eggs L 5 blue corn chips with about ½ cup shrimp, lemon and, cucumber and a tbs of humus S 1/4 cup coco roosted almonds D 1/4 cup salad with a few green olives, feta cheese, tbs humus and a few shrimp. I was dying for something sweet the other day and found this brownie mix at trader joes…. no pudge fudge brownies http://www.nopudge.com/. They are fat free and 110 calories…for me I’ll gladly take the extra 10 cal over the 100 cal Cookies packs that taste like cardboard. So anyways you make them with yogurt, so I used fat free Greek and added two scoops of chocolate Protein powder. SO yummy!!! and with the add ins about 10 grams of protein a square. Just thought I would share.
