I have just started the process of researching my options.  I am depressed and tired of not living to my full potential.  Afer at least 20 or so attempts at Weight Watchers, at least 5-6 with Medifast, Body for Life, Atkins, Sugar Busters, portion control I think I am ready to admit that I need help.  I love to exercise so that is not a problem at all.  I just can't seem to control my eating.  What is that saying from "Austin Power's" fat Bastard character..."I eat because I am unhappy and I am unhappy because I eat."  Wow that is me.
