I plan to go on the 10th. I think mushies and soft food are the same. Got my iron form Bariatric Advantage and it's good. Still not on calcium. Do you remember how many we're supposed to do a day? I don't and I hate to bother Sandy or Sarah. Tonight I coughed and something popped or pulled on my left side. It wasn't even a big cough but it hurts like the dickens!! If it's not better Monday I guess I'll call Bea. Keep in touch and I'll talk to you soon!
