I try to drink something warm in themorning. That seems to help me loosen up a little and get my meds down. I sip on fluids all day. Take care.

I am also day 17. My port site is a little sore. Difficult to lay in it at night. If it is that painful you ougt to call the MD just to make sure you dont have an infection. As far as exercise I have just stuck with the treadmill & elliptical for now. Do plan on adding some weights but probably will give my belly a rest for now. Take care.
  3. I am 17 das post-op. My surgeon was Keith Wright in San Anotnio. Everything went well. I saw the dietician asnd was cleared to add most foods to my diet slowly & one at a time. I am wondering about which foods stay in the pouch the longest. I here meat mentioned but also wonder about things such as salads and veggies. Thanks.
