  1. HI All I'm new to this forum but I'm hoping to get back on the band wagon. I've been off and on for 4 years. I've gone up and down and up and down... depending on situations in my life. I'm on the down side but now I'm pregnant. I'm concerned that with my band it may cause problems with straining and delivering I dont wanna pop anything lose. I'm due in december and I had a very traumatic birth experience with my daughter who is 5 1/2 preband. And I'm praying that this isn't another horrible experience. Any advice or experience any one could share would be appreciated.
