I also have BC/BS and my insurance does not require the six month diet. I already have all the paperwork for my pre-op testing but I chose to delay to the summer only because I am a teacher and it would be easier for me.

Hello All...I just met with my surgeon yesterday and we are thinking of a surgery date for the first week of August. I am a teacher so I was planning on the summer and think August will be perfect for me. Looking forward to taking this journey with all of you! Mari:biggrin:
