  1. I'm not doing liquids only. I'm 1 yr out from surgery, but my weight loss has stopped. The only thing I can think of is not enough protein. I think I'll shoot for 70 everyday and see if that kick-starts anything. Thanks everyone for your input!
  2. Thanks for the information. My surgeon wouldn't even say how many grams of protein to get. He wants me to have no drinks, bars, nothing. Now at least I have something to go on. Thanks again!
  3. How much protein should I get each day? My surgeon wants me to get all my protein from what I am eating. I find that VERY difficult to do. Anyone willing to say how many grams their Dr. recommends and good ways to get it? I'm a year out, lost 60 but have stalled BIG TIME!!!
