  1. Mike: I am at the same decision point as you are. Your history is a lot like mine. I am a lot older than you are and some of my motivation come from health issues. So, I say do it now while your health is still good and get to your goal and exercise. There does not seem to be many men on these forumns??? If there are some out there why don't you reply so that those of us are making this decision know that there are some of you out there. Bob:drool:
