  1. Have you tried working out at home. I use to hate working out at the gym because i was by myself but I love doing DVD's at home. I think as soon as you find an exercise routine you enjoy that you will see the scale move down again. Exercise is the key! Good luck and take care!

  6. I was 26 when I started my prereq's and 27 when I started nursing school. Graduated in May. I just turned 30 August 26th.

  7. I'm great. I'm down a total of 42 lbs as of today. My weightloss has slowed, only lost a lb last week and a lb this week so far. But I am happy overall with my progress. Your first fill will be fine. I had mine 3 weeks ago and it was no problem whatsoever. Good luck.

  8. Haven't started running yet, just walking on treadmill and bicycle, and elliptical and light strength training. Turning up my workout a notch tomorrow. You will absolutely make your goal and probably more. Good luck!

  10. Yeah, kinda sorta. I try to stick to softer foods. Had some chicken last night and I had indigestion and some nausea today no vomiting so I think I will wait another week or two before I try that again. Handle ground beef fine though. 20lbs that's great. I've lost 34. We are doing good.
