We are both great. Janice fractured her foot walking and is in a cast for 2 weeks. Saturday we went to a WLS support group that meets the 3rd Saturday of the month in Alvin. it was the first time we went. They meet at a resturant and eat lunch at 1:30 pm. When we went there were 5 people and Janice and I. The people are really nice. We are going to their Christmas get together on Saturday, December 12 at 1;30 pm in Alvin at one of the ladies home. We would love for you to come with us. We have not set up a date for our little get together. We can make a date after Thanksgiving. Would love for us to meet again and there is one more person who wants to come. The group in Alvin if part of the Texas Bandsters. If you want to come, see if you can work it out. We could meet with Janice and all 3 go together. Last time I picked her up at her house and we rode together. Or we can meet and you can follow us if you want a car to be able to leave when you are ready. Have a happy thanksgiving!!

I was self pay too 2+ years ago and it was more inexpensive then I paid $12999 but that include 1 year of office visits and and fills but going rate seem to be $9999. Most Drs have a place for financing low interest rate. I think one is care one or credit care? Look it up

I drink come coffee in the morning before I take any pills or try to eat something. The big 50 that is GREAT!! I am so proud of you. I am at 31 lbs down as of this morning. Hang in there. Yes I do want to meet soon next week we can see if we can round up some more. Talk to you soon!!

Thanks for the message. Yes I was banded on July 13. I have lost about 22 lbs since surgery. I did not have to do a pre-op diet. I am trying to exercise everday but it really turns out to be about 4 times a week. I have only had one fill. How about you? I am doing good my band does not give me any trouble. Keep in touch!

Are you home yet? I call on Thurday but they said you were gone. I assume that means home. I wll call you on Saturday. My phone and cable have been messed up. I hope you are doing good. I am praying for you!!
