I wanted to check and see how you were doing? I am doing good but never lose more than 1? or 2 lbs per week no matter what I do. But I am feeling good. How about you?

You will feel so much better when you are on regular food and when you have your first fill some of the hunger will go away. I am glad you are doing good.

Do you go to Dr. Vuong support group? Does he allow people who were banded by other Drs in? My Dr. is very good but he is in Houston and his support groups are at night. I am in Hitchcock
