I have been overweight all my life sometimes more than others. I have a 3 year old daugter and was very tired of feeling lazy and tired. I wanted to be healthy for me but more importantly to be here for my daughter. I also want to teach her and be a role model for her so she won't have to have the troubles like me.I want my self esteem and energy for life back.
