I completley agree with you. It is better to take time and have it stay gone. The lifestyle changes are a huge factor in how successful any of us will be.

Hey lady I have been following you and aberchic. Dont get discouraged. I know it seems slow. I am down about 24 pounds in what will be 10 weeks this thursday. That is 2.4 pounds a week. I am just now starting to feel a difference. In a years time we will all be in such a better place. Although that steak potatoes and rolls you were speaking of sound freakin awesome!!!

I am sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. I do not attend support meetings. I actually live in northeast wyoming about 6 hours north of Dnever. I wish I could attend something like that though....

I have PCOS as well. It really does effect your body and wieght. I have taken metformin for 5 years and was approved for that very reason. I had surgery July 16th of this year. I wish you the very best!! Thanks for being my new friend on here.

My first fillis this friday the 14th. I am ready to go! I have felt a bit discouraged recently because I feel pretty hungery and am so afraid to see the pounds I have lost come back. I am ready - ready to run

UPDATE! It has been26 months since my surgery. I am holding steady at an 87 pound loss 155 pounds. The lowest I got was about 145 and that was almost too much for me. I got to a place where I had to have fluid continuously taken out of my band. I have had ALL restriction taken out for the last 4 months and am feeling much better. I have put on a few pound but feel health and not sick! Maintaining
