    Hi Everyone.... Being banded 821 in TJ,Mexico,By Dr.Juan Lopez Corvala.... i live in Mesa,Az.just turned 57 >7/22.......don't know how to do all the fancy stuff.. just a plain jane.when it comes to computers.. been reading and reading all the different experiences....But walk,walk walk seem to be one of the most important things to do after surgery....'congrat to the banded on such wonderful stories of weight loss and to us newbie our wonderful stories are waitng to be written charlene821
