  1. I am one day post op and have not had a bm. I also have not passed any gas. I have been walking as much as possible around the house, but I am getting concerned. Normally really gassy.
  2. I read that the reason we lose hair is that we lose the hormones that were trapped in the fat. I'm thinking that taking birth control may help to ease the hair lose.
  3. Surgery date 01/12/09. I am really excited this has been a four year process. My first insureance refused to pay, quit, went to school for a year, got better insurance. Approved in less than a month with diet history 5 years old. Amazing. I am really excited and can't wait. I was so sure I wouldn't be approved that I havn't started any research, four years was a long time ago. I have to refamilarize myself with the whole process.
  4. I too am waiting for my insurance approval. After six weeks with my paperwork my insurance company requested that we resend the information because my doctore wanted to do the surgery as in patient and they were only willing to do the surgery as out patient. You would think they would have figured this out in week one or two. Now they are stating that I have to wait another 30 days before I can get an answer. This is really making me ill. I'm just going to try to remain positive until I get my approval.
