I am in the first stages. Seminar set for the 11th. I am so ready to get this done and start my journey. I have tried everything including the cookie diet. I did loose 50 pounds on that and then gained it all back. I have tried to do it again but I just cant. Heavy since a couple years after I had Chemotherapy for Leukemia in my teens. Now I am 32 with a almost 2yrs old and wanting to have another baby and I dont want my son's classmates to tell him "your mom is fat" when he goes to school. I have severe sleep apnea so motherhood, wifehood, and a fulltime job do not equate with exercise. Anyone from Miami or seeing Dr. Anthony Gonzalez let me know how this process works.
