I had my surgery on 4/25/07 by Dr. Greene in Rockville, MD.  I did well with losing weight for the first year and got down about 70 pounds.  However, I struggled with year 2 and have completely gone off track and gained almost 40 of the 70 back.  I need to get involved in a local support group so I can get back on track.  For the first year, I would visit Dr. Greene's office for fills and visits every month.  Once I stopped my visits (because of the distance - 2 hr. drive), I got off track.  I guess mentally I knew someone else was seeing that scale and there better be some change.  Now, the only one seeing the scale is me.
