  1. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone that posted here. I'm currently pre-op and have been thinking about going back into martial arts aikido, krav, bjj, etc afterwards but have been wary b/c of the port and everything. My doc said I should be okay, but I didn't really feel comfortable with the answer, probably fear related, but listening to y'all makes me feel better about this and the possible outcomes. I also promise that if I take a direct port hit to let everyone know how badly it hurt. :redface:
