sorry oops docs orders.nevr got them just the paperwork from TBLC, and it says yogurt and cottage cheese 15 days pre op then clear fluid 1 week aftre band, then ful fluid one week aftre that and lastly 2 weeks pureed

okay nopop, and I wil call nisreen and ask, God I am starved like I said and I ate 3 huge yogurts, I can't handle th ecottage cheese..........3 containers in my fridge, I could ship them to Barrie, or Orillia!

and we have no probs with people south of the border saying hello,, as long as you don't bring BUSh with you. Okay help me, I am confused,,who's doing atkins? atkins can be done pre op??? ANd pepsi diet, can I drink it now pre op???

okay so carbonated drinks is not a clear thing yet and do what works...I undersatnd the gas theory but it expands your stomach?? whew great. Yoda and donna you both know so much more than i do and I appreciate your help. Also Yoda i don't feel like i do know that much I just have the info packet they gave me, nothing else, it doesn't say how much to chew after and says i cannot drink for up to 2 hours after eating and I thought I heard 30 mins, so I am a little confused, I thnk I will write a frigging book after this thing is done.
