Canadian Challange

What Canadians are up for a challenge? I'm thinking the month of August, lets set some goals. I'm not a computer person, but someone could keep track of everyone joined up. Lets get some ideas going this week.

What do ya say Canada?:canada:

I dunno guys:confused: , should we do an excersizing challenge, or good food, or water, or personal weight loss goals.........................work with me people..LOL:) .

oopos sorry or for the guys or I guess girls if you're into it...angelina jolie.hey there , I am politicaly correct...

geeze first pre op diet day and you should see the food commercials on t.v..DAMN!

I'll go for both please :huggie:

As for the challenge, the area I have the hardest time in is exercise. I bought a pedometer, so I could try to count steps, but haven't been using it.. grrr. Because of the heat and stuff, I'm mostly swimming, but not regularly, I wanted to do 30 minutes of kicking in the pool (Since I'm camping at campsites with little pools packed full of kiddies laps are out, I just hang on to the side and kick like mad) every day, but its more like every 3rd day.

So exercise might be a good one for me, I have no idea if it will help motivate me or not. :P

Exercise would work good for me too. That is the one thing that I havnt quite gotten too, and I'm sure it would speed things up for me. So I can vote for that. Keep more ideas rolling in though.

BTW:I could easily burns some calories with Brad:kiss2: .

Exercise is one thing I do a lot of; always have....it just never did much due to my PCOS.....but I kept (& keep) at it anyways.

My hubby is into sexercise....that works too! LOL

PCOS: Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

You can do a search for it on the site; lots of stuff will pop up! (ie. rather than me repeating it all here!) LOL

Besides, off to work now!

uggg... excercise... I'm planning on walking to and from work, as soon as I start. Is that good? How about I WALK to Tim Horton's for my coffee and donut in the morning?? LOL Just kidding, I'm not doing that anymore!

How about we set our own things to challenge ourselves with, and report on how we've done, whenever we're supposed to... ex:

CLOE wants to run 6 miles a day and eat 70 grams of Protein a day.

argon wants to lose 20 pounds and drink all her water!

Yoda want to sexercise 4 times a day.

kimmason wants to stop fantasizing about Brad Pitt.

etc, etc

We could start a new thread, list everyones goals in the first post, and everyone has to post how they're doing once a week (or even everyday, if they want).
