How did your second fill go? Do you have more restriction? I have my second fill next week...I hope it helps cuz the weight loss has all but stopped. I've lost 43 pounds so far. Congrats on meeting your 1st goal...that's awesome!! I don't exercise like I should. I've had hemroid surgery and shoulder surgery within 2 weeks of each other so I'm doing more recuperating than anything!! I'm the surgery queen!! LOL Once I get out of this sling I'm gonna get back to the exercise. How about you...do you exercise?
