Ok...so I'm 6days into my liquid diet! It's getting easier, but I still have those moments were I crave food. My doctor has put me on a chicken broth, popsicles, and slim-fast diet.:thumbdown:lol.. I'm getting close to my surgery date which is Aug 14th:thumbup:. Any advice on what to expect next? Is there any one from Chicago that's getting banded by Dr. Rossett?:tongue2:

I'm on my liquid diet know...6 days in...9 days to go!! For everyone that's on liquid diet..YOU CAN DO IT!!! STAY MOTIVATED, BUSY, AND NEVER GIVE UP!! It will soon be over. I have my surgery Aug 14th! YAY! I'M SO EXCITED!!

I was really excited and anxious about my surgery, and getting a surgery date. I finally got my date which is Aug 14th! YaY me..lol. I went threw the process and I'm on my liquid diet know. It's been a challenge...but I can do it! I'm 5days into my liquid diet...8 days to go! So yes to get back to the point I think it's normal to be overly excited=) I was very excitied!!!!!!! and thought about it 24 hours a day!! I started my liquid diet at 235. I'm know 224. My first doctor's visit I was 240 so I guess I'm seeing progress. My advice would be not to over eat now so when it's time to diet before surgery you won't be shocked! LOL...Good Luck! Hello!! I am finished with all my group sessions! Yay... I'm in my last stage. I go on Aug 12th for my Medical Clearence when I'm done with that they will give me my surgery date the next day. I'm very excited and nervous at the same time! LOL:biggrin:. Good Luck with everything!!
