  1. respect I never talked to her. I was going to the appointment with my mother all the appointments were made and done though my mom. This was all over a two week time frame. Just felt mislead and not like she didn't know what she was doing.

  3. How do I get my insurance to Pay. I have United Health Insurance. I went to a meetting with Dr. Martin in Hot Springs. That was a Joke. All there was was bunch of old ladies that wanted to find out if their medicare paid for the surgery. After I made my appointment Dr. Martin cancelled me becuase after I took the day off work saying she needed to get my insurance paper work together. After I faxed her everything the she needed she canclled my second appointment and said if I want to talk to her it will cost me $200 what is that?
