Thxs for the compliment, I too still need them. So what stage are you currently at in your journey. This site as played a big part in my success, being able to see what pushing myself to the limit can do.

For the most part Im fine. Im gettn back to looking in the mirror seeing the old me which is strange I thought I had passed that stage now Im back at it again. Other than that everything is everything I want to loss like 20lbs then I think I will be done for now. Im about to get my 3rd fill I think....Ive been trying to drop theses last few lbs by myself but its like the hardest thing. Ive changed my eating so maybe I will skip the fill. How has the unfil been going with you

My bad I thought I had told you. I do 300 crunches every day, as well as this video called Insanity.

So what causes an enlarged pouch. I havent been to the Dr. since Feb, however Im aproaching my 1yr so I will be making an appt soon, just to get x-rays and make sure everthing is ok, I wouldnt be able to stand another fill. Hope everthing is workn out for you. You are lookn really thin in your Alvtar pic
