I utilized this site for the 1st 6months and Ms tmg333 pictures to motivate myself. I also constantly reminded myself that I could have died on that table during surgery, and that seems to still work for me. Keep in mind at the end of the day anything you do that your not suppose to, your cheating yourself. Be consistent!!!!!
