  1. Hi I had my surgery on the 6th April 2009 with the hospital group in the UK. I lost 14llbs initially, had a fill on the 21st May and have not lost anymore since!! I have booked in for another fill on the 16th July and am hoping the weight will start to shift. I know the band is in place as certain foods get stuck also if I don't chew, or eat to quickly I throw up, but other than that I can still eat relatively large portions and get hungry alot. does this ring any bells with anyone and if so how did they over come it, I am feeling really frustrated as it cost £7000.00 and for that I only get four fills, of which I will use the 2nd next week!!
