  1. I sometimes have a little pain around my port site also. When I asked the nurse about it, she just said the muscles that the port is attached to are moving and sometimes it will cause a dull pain. I knew the pain was too low to be something wrong with the stoma.
  2. This is also the reason I have not told the people I work with about getting the surgery. If they ask how much weight I have lost, I am going to tell them percentages instead of pounds. Like I have lost 10% of my original weight.
