Hi Kimg1969 Hang in there, everyone loose weight at a different pace. Did you get you first fill? I think after the 2nd it makes a big difference. Stick with the protein shakes at least once a day and go for the protein diet, hope this helps

Hi, I'm doing ok the Dr wants me to loose 10lbs before the surgery and that is freaking me out a little, the whole reason I'm doing this is because it's so hard for me to loose weight. I did loose 1.2 lbs last week so I guess that's a start. How are you doing? I like your positive attitude!!

Hi I just noticed we have the same band date. Mine is July 20 as well! How is everything going for you so far? I have one more group psych meeting and a few nutrition appointments and pre op lab work. Lets keep in touch. I need to loose over 100 and I know I can do it with the help of the LB. beginning, I just had approval, then saw the doctor on Thursday, I got my lap band date for 7/20. How about you?

My Dr just gave me a phone # for a store in Irvine it's 1-800-898-6888 or www.bariatricadvantage.com I haven't checked it out yet I was going to use up other stuff I have at home first. Hope this helps
