yeah its funny how losing weight makes you more aware of who you really are. Your whole life you just indentify with being fat (at least I do) and the prospect of not having that be an integral part of your life is crazy! Its going to be a strange transition! I mean I'm the really funny and pretty fat chick- once the weight is gone, I'll be the hot chick (I know stuck up but my name isn't Vanity for no reason lol!) but the thought of being the hot chick scares me! The same for guys, big guys are the good time guys-once you turn in to prey for women vultures its going to be weird. anyways as for me, I've lost another 2 lbs on pre-op diet

just remember nothing tastes as good as being thin feels! Sorry about the run-around with your insurance & dr.s! I am self pay so there was no run around for me. I'm 10 days aways and have lost 8lbs on preop diet so far. High protein can also be nuts, eggs, lean meats, cheese, and protein shakes. If you wanna stick to chicken breast since its so lean-go to your butcher at vons/safeway and see if they have pollo asado which is marinated chicken and its delicious. Hope that helped! good luck!!

wow 30lbs, f'in-A man thats great. Even now Im the lightest I've been in a looong time Thanks for the compliment on my tat. I have more but I'll take pics once I start losing some real weight yeah the OC is hard, I think all So-Cal is bad like that SD is too. I don't think I'll be vengeful but I'm sure that I'll be a handful till I get used to being thin-ner

we do (and its the bomb body shape lol) I mean we have waists at 300+lbs imagine once wo get rid of some of this weight!! lol! I'm so nervous and excited. I just did laundry to wash the clothes I'm bringing and am about to pack my bags! I'll keep ya posted!
