I'm sorry about not answering your last message. I just now saw it. I look forward to seeing pictures of your son. It really will be like a vacation won't it. I only dread the 7 hour flight and the 1 1/2 hour drive. That is going to be a long time to go without eating on the way there and then only clears on the way home. I might take something to help me sleep on the way home.

I started my "under 30 carb diet" yesterday. I too was eating too much. I already feel less stress by going ahead and starting it. I was eating everything in sight and thinking about what I was going to have next. I feel like a burden has been lifted by going ahead and getting started. I have to go to work now and I will write you back later and tell you what I had to eat on the new diet. Have a good day. Judy

Ok Trudy, here is what I had yesterday. I will tweak it down more carefully on the week before surgery.

6:30am 1 slice ham 1 bread.

11:30am stuffed pepper, applesauce

3:00pm 2 slices of ham

7:00pm stuffed pepper, small salad

Lots of water and crystal light in between.

How are you Mari? I went ahead and started working on the pre-op a little early. I was on an eating binge. Had to try and get it under control. Have a good day. Judy

Yeah, I'm taking 2 pair of pj's and a light robe. I am going to start taking vitamins tomorrow. I will start some iron pills this weekend. I have always been a little anemic. What kind of anxiety pills do you take?
