I'll be there.....mine is scheduled for the 28th so I'll be able to tell you all about it. I guess there are about 5 of us coming in that week. I thought I would give out my email so those of us going that week can stay in touch and as one "sleevester" said.....to Dr. Aceves it will seem like we planned it this way cause we will all know each other. Great idea. My email is trranch@sti.net and the name is Donna. We (my wonderful man) and I are driving down on the 26th, pre-op on the 27th and sleeved on the 28th. Looking forward to meeting all of you and sharing this new experience.

Trudy: Yes, we are driving. We live near Yosemite in California and will drive our motorhome down and stay in El Centro. My husband will be with me. I have my pre-op on Sunday, the 27th. I look forward to meeting you and beginning our journey!! Where are you coming from?

Anyone out there scheduled with Dr. Aceves on Monday, Sept. 28th? That's my BIG (or should I say small) day! I finally made up my mind. We leave on Saturday. I'm so nervous but I know this is the right decision. From what I have read Dr. Aceves is a wonderful Dr. and his staff is great too. Look forward to meeting some new friends and following our journey together.
