insurance is really going downhill theses days. i was lucky to get mine approved but i have to wait till january to have the surgery. Another really great Dr. in colorado is Dr. Micheal Johnell. he is amazing and they can also help you with self pay and do payments and finacing.

So i went to my dr tuesday and got this whole thing set up. Im having the Realize band place in january, and i was wondering if anybody wanted to give me some pointers on what to do before surgery to help prepare myself? any suggestions welcome. Thanks, Ashley:thumbup:
