  1. I was just banded on the ndof this month and can totally relate to how you feel. It hurt me to lay on my left side in the beginning too, but it's getting a bit better. Have you tried a heating pad? That's helped my left shoulder, which has also hurt since the surgery. I called the office because I was having shortness of breath and the nurse told me to move my arms above my head as if I was doing jumping jacks (from a sitting position), and that helped too. But I feel your pain! I'm STARVING...simply STARVING, and that's been hard to deal with. I can't wait til my first fill!
