  1. I AM MISERABLE!!!!! I just received a fill last Saturday, 7 days ago. I believe I am too tight! I can not even drink water...I throw up anything any everthing. Water, ice pops, broth. I called to make arrangements to have the band loosened but the doc is out of town this weekend. I am so frustrated and I am considering doing the adjustment myself! I do not want to damage the band but I just can't see dealing with another 2-3 days of this!!!!! Has anyone considered this, or better yet done it with out any negative consequences?
